本年度運営方針 Operation Policy for this year
| 今年度からCLP元年として、新たに組織を再編成しました。この目的は我々ロータリアンの目的意識を改めて認識し、全員参加を促すことです。例会、行事、会合、委員会が滞りなく終了するのは、皆さんが参加し協力してくださるおかげです。皆様にもそうした自覚、自負を持っていただけるようになれば、言葉で言うより頭で考えるより「全員参加」とは容易いのではないでしょうか。我々の愛する大阪北ロータリークラブのさらなる盛会にむけて助力となるのは、会員一人一人のだということを忘れないでいただきたいと思います。小さい個々の歯車が重なりかみ合って、軸から軸へと動力を伝えます。ロータリークラブの活動はそうでなければなりません。ロータリーの綱領に示されているロータリーの理念を理解し、クラブ内、自分の家庭や職場、地域社会や国際社会で、我々が自ら実践し、そして世の中に広めていくことを目指す集まりなのだという、ロータリアンの目的意識をもう一度理解し、組織改編だけにとどまらず、CLPの示唆する概念こそを当ロータリークラブに呼び覚ましていければと思っております。
We have reorganized our club, with the year 2008-2009 defined as the first year of the Club Leadership Plan (CLP). This reorganization is intended to encourage each of our members to renew their awareness of being Rotarians, and to facilitate full participation in all Rotarian activities. It is your participation and cooperation that makes our regular weekly meetings, events, gatherings and committees successful. Generating awareness and pride in being a Rotarian first and foremost in your mind, I am sure that you will then find it easier in everything you say and do. I would like to remind you that you are an invaluable member of our club, and indispensable to the further growth of the Rotary Club of Osaka-North, for which I believe all of us feel great attachment. Each one of the small Rotary Wheels in mesh transmits power from axis to axis. This is how our Rotary Club activities should be. I would like to ask all of you to respect the Mission of Rotary International, specified in the Object of Rotary, and once again raise your awareness about being a Rotarian. We are the Rotarians who put this mission into practice at our club, in our homes and workplaces, as well as in our communities and international society, in order to promote this mission across the world. In addition to the reorganization of the club, I ask all of you to join me in bringing back to our Rotary Club the very spirit that our mission and this CLP suggest. Thank you.
